Product Breakdown Structure

When it comes to product development, there are several factors that need to be taken into account. One of these is the product breakdown structure, or PBS for short. This is a chart that is considered as a project artifact in project management methodologies. It mainly shows the deliverables and components of a product. This artifact is generally used in projects for planning purposes based on product.

The business case is characterized as a feasibility study that includes financial and non-financial benefits. The business case also helps to measure project results during the project by comparing them according to the criteria for success defined in the business case.
